We’re growing our team in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will have the opportunity to closely partner with our clinical teams to help drive our business growth in 2024 and beyond.

What you can offer ACES as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Drive high-volume recruiting efforts for our ACES locations across the nation by identifying diverse talent pools and engaging with candidates across various online platforms.

  • Search and identify passive candidates through proactive recruitment efforts using various sourcing channels.

  • Curate a positive candidate experience by maintaining high touch communication.

  • Partner with clinical leadership teams at designated locations to build relationships with local universities, community colleges, and community organizations to pipeline talent.

  • Make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and alignment with role.

  • Maintain data in applicant tracking system.

  • Attending recruiting events, including industry conferences and campus career fairs.

  • Promote ACES opportunities through social recruitment, leveraging text campaigns and other creative engagement methods.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

  • 1 year(s) of experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing.
  • High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required.
  • Flexible multi-tasker, who can remain highly organized.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must live in Texas
